Get a custom workout plan based on the equipment you have available and your personal goals and needs.
We will start off with a video meeting of 45 minutes to discuss your current fitness level, lifestyle and goals. Moving forwards, a follow-up meeting of 20 minutes will be held every second week to check-in on your progress and continuously update your workout program. Meetings are free of additional charge.

4 Weeks Transformation Program
1-2 Workouts/Week - ¥40,000
3-4 Workouts/Week - ¥70,000
5+ Workouts/Week - ¥90,000
8 Weeks Transformation Program
1-2 Workouts/Week - ¥70,000
3-4 Workouts/Week - ¥130,000
5+ Workouts/Week - ¥170,000
12 Weeks Transformation Program
1-2 Workouts/Week - ¥100,000
3-4 Workouts/Week - ¥190,000
5+ Workouts/Week - ¥270,000
1-2 workouts per week: This is a good starting point for individuals who are new to exercise or have limited time.
3-4 workouts per week: This is a more committed level of training and requires more time and effort.
5+ workouts per week: This is a high-intensity program that requires significant dedication.
Pricing is the rate per program.
Client is responsible of all additional fees (e.g. gym membership fees etc.)
The program will be updated every two weeks to keep up with clients progress accordingly.
Client is responsible for their own workout schedule, and monthly programs cannot extend beyond 4 weeks.
Cancellations of less than 24-hours before scheduled meeting will not be rescheduled.
